those of George NORWOOD and James JONES in Peoria Co., Ill in 1850.

Amaziah died 'intestate' on or about Oct 7, 1847. Administrator Clarissa Hart, widow.

Elihu H. Powell and William F. Bryan in their efforts to obtain a new trial.
