Mr. and Mrs. Louis H. Bullock have gone to Beloit to attend the funeral of Mrs. Bullock's brother,
the late Charles H. Bibbins,
who died at his home in South Beloit Tuesday night after an illness of 4 months.
The funeral was held at 10:30 a.m. today from the home.
Rev. M. W. Halverson, of Our Savior's Lutheran church officiated
and burial was made in Oakwood cemetery where the Modern Woodmen
of which the deceased was a member, conducted the ritual service.
Mr. Bibbens was born west of Beloit on July 13, 1855 and had
been a lifelong resident of Belout and vicinity.
He spent his boyhood in Newark township where he was born
and late moved to Beloit where he had coninuously resided. since.
He was many years a butcher in Beloit.
The survivors are his widow, two daughters, Mrs. William Anderson of Monrovia, Cal; and Mrs Clifford McIntyre, of Rockford, Ill.;
two stepsons, James A. Thorson, Beloit, and Edward Thorson, Chicago;
a brother L. H. Bibbins, Beloit and two sisters
Mrs. L. H. Bullock of this city and
Mrs. Mary Joynt, of Long Beach, California.
Several grand children also survive.
