He was the son of Daniel Outwater (14 APR 1779 - ABT NOV 1814) and Martha Morgan (Outwater) .

Peter purchased lot 10 on Con. 9, 200 acres, of Rawdon Twp. Feb.12.1853 on a morgage loan from his brother John Outwater,of south Fredericksburgh Twp.(Husband of Maria Ruttan,who was the sister of Peters wife,Frances Ruttan) Peters Will of Nov.11,1891,gives the property to his wife Fanny (Frances Ruttan) for the remainder of her life,and then to their son Andrew Austin Outwater. Andrews WILL July 17,1900,passes the property on to his sister,Frances Amanda Outwater France Amanda(Outwater)Bickford,widow had the property from May 15,1924 to Oct.19,1929 at which time she ordered her exectors to sell the farm.
