Charles: Found this info as I was searching for Hawley females... William Lyon or Lyons lived in Trenton, Hastings County West at least for 1881 census. Had a daughter Annie born about 1865, daughter 'Carry' born about 1877, son Fred born about November 1880. On transcribed LDS census online, also in his home is 25 year old 'Etty Hacoley' who was actually his wife's sister either Harriet or Henrietta (my bet would be the latter) surname HAWLEY. William Lyon's wife was Mary Hawley- death info for her states born July 13, 1843 at Napanee, Ontario; died January 7, 1925 @ Trenton, Hastings County, Ont., a widow. She was the daughter of Charles Hawley and Jane Vandevoort. Her siblins inclue James Hawley, Henrietta, Harriet, and Myra A. according to posted info @ Ancestry.com.
