The exercises opened with an instrumental selection, Softly rang the Bells of Heaven, by an
orchestra conducted by Mr. James M. Kimball of Woburn, Mrs. C. M. Strout of Woburn, as
accompanist. Rev. Austin Dodge read scriptural selections and offered prayer.

(Later in the program,) Mr. Kimball rendered a saxophone solo, entitled, 'Dream of Paradise.'
