Robert 150 acres upper end of tract when he is 21, to son Nathaniel 200 acres when he is 21, joining brother Robert, to s. Samuel 150 acres same left Mary during life of widowhood. After death of Mary all property equally divided between children: Robert Bumpus, John Bumpus, Samuel Bumpus and Nancy Bumpus and a child yet unborn. NOTE: The name was spelled Bumpus throughout the will
